Refund policy

 That's So Lavish is passionate about creating a great customer experience with a high level of service. So in the unfortunate event of your order being sent incorrect we'd gladly accept the item(s) back in return for the corrected item(s). We have the right to deny any item(s) that has been worn or not in its original packaging received upon delivery. 

Exchanges - we will only replace a item(s) that is defective. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and we will gladly exchange them. If and only if the item(s) is out of stock we will issue a refund to the same method of payment used to purchase your order.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled for any reason.

We inspect our products fully and thoroughly before shipping them out to you so except for any of the conditions listed above all sales are final due to the nature of our products.
